Shipment processing time and Tracking
At Codex Anatomicus we are proud to ship our anatomy art prints and medical accessories all around the world directly from our studio!😃 We process all orders within 1-3 business days to make sure your new medical goodies arrive on time. We provide a secure tracked & signed shipping (with a tracking number and a signature upon delivery). Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Standard international tracked delivery on all orders over $65 is FREE.
Standard international tracked shipping costs $5.50
Shipping to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland costs $10

Note: our delivery times are currently longer due to COVID-19 pandemic. Once the pandemic is over shipping will become much faster.🥰
USA: 7-10 business days
Europe (EU), UK: 5-9 business days
Canada, Australia, New Zealand: 15-25 business days
Rest of the World: 10-25 business days depending on your country

Orders are shipped from Lithuania (Europe) where we are based.
Please note, this delivery times are approximate due to the pandemic. Mail processing times vary from to country to country, as some national postal services work slower or faster than the others. Also, depending on your location, parcels may need to be processed at border customs, and this will might take some extra time.
Delays and Customs Fees
Although we do our best to dispatch items as quickly as possible, sometimes there may be delivery delays due to postal services and customs of your country. In case of a delay please contact us first at firstname.lastname@example.org
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order on our side, we will make sure that you are notified about this via email.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days after it was shipped out, then we will consider it lost and send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note that you may have to pay customs fees in case they occur.
Signature required upon delivery.
PackagingWe carefully pack all art prints in special padded envelopes with thick cardboard backing. This will protect them from any damage while they are on the way. Our badge reels and enamel pins come in special protective cotton pouches which protects them from scratching. We try to minimize the amount of plastic we use in our packaging, and we're hoping to be able to eliminate the plastic packaging entirely in the nearest future.❤️
We value every customer and we make sure every transaction is easy, smooth and satisfying. Our return policies are very simple and straight forward - if you don't like your item for any reason just return it within 30 days of receipt and we will refund the purchase.
